Terms & Conditions

Prices are on a per night basis for maximum of up to 10 guests including daily maid service and daily breakfast.

Over Christmas & New Year we ask for a minimum stay of 7 nights, whilst the rest of the year we require a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure all bookings with the full non-refundable balance payable 30 days before your arrival.

Prices are in USD but payment can be made in GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD, SGD, HKD and THB to name a few.

Check-out time is between 10am and noon, check-in time is 2pm.

This spot is a perfect if you have a long layover or delay before a flight out. About a 10 minute drive from the airport. The accommodations were modern and comfortable, AC and plush beds for the win. Also appreciated the small touches such as stocking the fridge with drinks and snacks as well as supplies for coffee and tea.

Great Location and great place to stay. It's cozy and quite. Not much traffic cos near the airport and since I'm travelling outskirt to other province for business, it greatly convenient for me instead of staying inside Bangkok where traffic jam is a headache. Highly recommend if you like to stay away from the Bangkok jam.
